Processing Time
All items in the shop are handmade to order within 5-7 working days from receipt of your order. During extremely busy periods this may increase to 10 working days.
UK Delivery
All orders are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class standard delivery service to all UK post codes. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.
The delivery cost £2.95 GBP per order.
International Delivery
Worldwide delivery is offered using Royal Mails International Tracked and Signed delivery service.
Europe – The delivery cost is £10.00 GBP per order – Royal Mail or their partners aim to deliver within 3-7 working days.
Rest of the world – The delivery cost is £15.00 GBP per order – Royal Mail or their partners aim to deliver within 5-10 working days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
I do hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, the order may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note, we do not accept returns after the 14 days have passed.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
To request a return, please send an email using the CONTACT US form within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number in the email and the reason for the return. The return address will be provided to you within 24 hours of receiving your request. If your request is made over the weekend, your email will be attended to on the next working day.
Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs.
Once received, the items will be checked and if approved, will be processed for a refund within 3 working days.
